CULTURAL GUIDE
2010.01.05 - For all buildings open to the public (ERP), the 2005 Act provides a framework of obligation to comply no later than 1 January 2015, and to do so, requires an inventory of the accessibility and means to implement either completed before 1 January 2011. These new restrictions apply to all types of disability they are motor, sensory, psychological or mental, but also prevented people.
This new guide aims to provide a maximum ORCCA information necessary for understanding issues related to the various existing handicaps, whether physical, sensory or mental disabilities, as well as practical advice and recommendations in order to make the necessary adjustments to the greatest number of effective access to cultural sites, works or heritage.
The Regional Cultural Champagne-Ardenne (ORCCA) wanted to publish a guide to accompany you in your reflection on effective implementation of the accessibility to ERP wishing also participated in the fight against discrimination and for cultural facilities to audience development. It includes four major section: The legal framework, the type of disability, how can accessibility: element method and thought and finally resources.
